Continua a riservare sorprese la campagna di scavi a Persepoli. Sono stati scoperti sei nuovi pozzi di età achemenide:

1. The wells yielded intact Achaemenid earthenware and crockery, which are being restored by experts. “Archeologists found the wells after 45 days of excavations carried out 500 meters to the west of Persepolis,” said director of Parseh and Pasargadae Research Foundation, Mohammad-Hassan Talebian. “Five wells have been excavated so far where pitchers and unique water bottles were found along with drinking cups in three different sizes,” he added.
