The Times of India reports:

A latest research on a tombstone dating back to ninth century has shed light on the probability of Christianity having been popular among the Chinese during the Tang Dynasty. 

Despite the article, there’s absolutely nothing new under the sun. Manicheans and Nestorians in China: it’s old stuff. And widely archaeologically etsablished.
